I had just finished my breadsticks and soup, and as my entrée was coming out, I became incredibly dizzy and nauseous. I went in the bathroom and threw up everything that I had just eaten. I had so much vertigo and nausea that I went directly to urgent care. They gave me medicine for the nausea and some fluids, they did all sorts of testing and said everything looked fine. I went home and was perfectly fine | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
