ER Visit after Pasta - Olive Garden, Laurel Maryland

I ordered pasta and breadsticks from their app, and I also got a deal for their takeout where you pay five dollars for a take-home pasta dish. I ate the pasta pasta the next day it was refrigerated before, and after a few bites I didn’t feel like it tasted right. after about two hours later after eating it, I was very nauseous and I began to vomit. I have never been that violently ill in my entire life. It was so bad that I the vomiting so intensely that my throat started to bleed. I have never been that sick and it took me three days to feel a little better. I did go to the ER and they told me that I had gastroenteritis. I will never ever eat at another Olive Garden again. This particular restaurant has given me minor diarrhea and stomach aches before but nothing ever like this. They definitely have a food temperature issue that needs to addressed. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Gas, Stomach Pain
