Dirty Soup, Severe Symptoms - Olive Garden, Cuyahoga Falls Ohio

My son and I both are sick after eating chick gnocchi soup here at Olive Garden on Howe in Cuyahoga falls on 12/22. No one else in family ate the soup and they are fine. Symptoms vomiting, diarrhea, headache nausea cramps stomach pain ! We should have left when we noticed the napkins and silver were dirty and the kitchen from my view was not clean. I’m still nauseous | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
