Came here for Mother’s Day and 3 hours after eating the fettuccine Alfredo I was having severe stomach cramps, vomiting & diarrhea. Will not go back | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

I got the tour of Italy yesterday. I’m pretty sure it’s what gave me food poisoning. I’m been throwing up out of both ends all day.
