I ate around 6:30pm, I ordered the fett Alfredo with crispy chicken. Then walking through Costco afterwards, the awful cramps start. So I book it home. I barely make it before I’m literally p**ping and puking into the tub at the same time. Really made a mess :( | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
