Shrimp Carbonara Illness Strikes - Olive Garden, Lubbock Texas

On 6/21/2026 I came in to eat around 8:30 pm. I had the chicken and shrimp carbonara and experienced stomach pain and gas that night. The next morning I came down with severe diarrhea and vomiting confining me to the restroom to the point where i had to miss a flight home for a medical procedure. My boyfriend who had a small bit of my leftovers (he only one of the shrimp) has been having less severe symptoms of food poisoning which is what narrows it down to my meal as the source. We also hadn't eaten anything else that day because we were excited to go out. Hopefully all will be well and my flight tomorrow works out but I am super upset with this whole situation. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Gas
