Severe Illness After Alfredo - Olive Garden, Tacoma Washington

The food at this Olive Garden is usually very good and I have been at this location several times, I don’t know what happened this time but after eating there I was violently ill for 3 days, I couldn’t keep anything down, I was severely dehydrated from the amount I was throwing up, I had severe diarrhea, my stomach was contracting, it was so bad I considered going to the ER. I had the chicken Alfredo however I don’t think it was salmonella poisoning because I wasn’t running a fever. Unfortunately I cannot provide picture evidence of a receipt, packaging, or the food, because I wound up throwing it out yesterday:( | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Dehydration
