Ate a salad from this store, it was the only thing I had eaten all day. 4ish hours later I started to feel sick, by 9pm I was vomiting and had a fever of 101.7 | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever

Sounds like the flu , rarely does one get a high fever from bad food.
