Monday 3/18 and Tuesday 3/19 Pretty sure it was Olive Garden minestrone soup Ate soup for lunch on Monday 3/18. Stomach felt very uneasy around 6 pm Monday, vomited for the first time around 8:15 pm. Vomited 5 more times, with the last time occurring at 11:25 pm. Also had very liquid stools, cramping, sweats, chills, and headache. Felt very weak on Tuesday and did not report to work. | Symptoms: Headache, Chills, Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Weakness, Sweating
