Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
Suspected source: I am not sure but it occurred while eating at here on 5/26/23 after taking a few bites of the bread stick and eating a small amount of salad.
Onset: Right away
Duration: Less than 4 hours
Sick: Me
Additional information: I did feel better about two hours later, when I was at home...no recurrence of nausea or vomiting at this time on 5/29/23. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
