Last Sunday, I was in uniontown hospital for 5 days. I have all my dr reports. I also have the salad .I’ll be taking it to the health department Monday. I was so sick that it raised my white blood count to high and almost depleted my potassium oh salad It makes me angry when you call the restaurant and you talk to somebody and they tell you that’s very strong accusations that you’re making. And my daughter said my mom has been in the hospital since Monday till Friday and he’s so sick. I could’ve died no accusations about it. I have the doctor reports I have the solid to take to the health inspector and I will pursue this. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Other
