ate fettucine alfredo with scrimp party of 14 only 2 of party to eat scrimp alfredo got very ill 24 hours after almost exact same time got acute onset of fatigue, followed by nausea and diarrhea. Still feeling ill 24 hours later but less vomiting and diarrhea body aches stomach cramping severe | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Fatigue, Body Ache
