Chicken Gnocchi Soup Illness - Olive Garden, Cranberry Township Pennsylvania

I went to Olive Garden on my lunch break at work with a friend and got the soup and salad. I ordered the chicken gnocchi soup. 12 hours later I felt as if I were on deaths door, vomiting, diarrhea, nausea, dizzy, fever....I had to go the the hospital because I become so severely dehydrated. I called to let the store manager know and he is sending me a gift card....REALLY???? I'm NEVER going to eat there again!!!!! To say they were unsympathetic would be an understatement. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Dizziness
