Severe Nausea After Pasta - Olive Garden,

The next day after eating at Olive Garden, I felt awful all day. The next morning I woke up at 3 am unable to leave the bathroom. I puked 15 times, have fever, chills, headaches, weakness, stomach pains, nausea, and I have had excessive bathroom usages. I have thrown up all of my pasta from Olive Garden and it is all I smell when I vomit.
