On March 7, 2022, I ingested two capsules with food, as per directions on the bottle, of a product called Alpha Brain by ONNIT. I am not new to supplements yet within 3 hours I was nauseous and had diarrhea. 5 hours later I was taken to the Emergency Hospital because I literally could not stop throwing up. This has never happened to me, ever. It was terrifying and took me several days to recover.
There are other reviews on Amazon which match my experience. It is incredible to me that this product is still sold on shelves. It should be recalled and a class action suit initiated. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

The product NUEZ DE LA INDIA Seeds was distributed online through Amazon... See More and eBay and NUEZ DE LA INDIA Capsules was distributed online through Walmart and eBay. No illnesses have been reported to date.
All parts of the yellow oleander plant are known to contain cardiac glycosides that are highly toxic to humans and animals. Ingestion of yellow oleander can cause neurologic, gastrointestinal, and cardiovascular adverse health effects that may be severe, or even fatal. Symptoms may include nausea, vomiting, dizziness, diarrhea, abdominal pain, cardiac changes, dysrhythmia, and more.
The Seeds come in a 2-ounce clear bag. The Capsules come in an amber bottle with 30 capsules.
The recall was the result of sampling conducted by the FDA.
Consumers who purchased Nuez de la India seeds and capsules with the brand NUT DIET MAX are urged not to consume the products and to return them to the place of purchase for a full refund.

Emergen-C contains ACACIA, a known toxic plant. Alcer additionally fails to specify the species, or origin of the ACACIA further implicating that they lack the expertise to be sure they are not adding the TOXIC variety of this PLANT. there is no justification for this ingredient.

I had a long sleeve, 2 sweaters and a jacket on and I was still freezing while studying on campus which is not normal for me at all. I ended up driving home and met up with my boyfriend. We were chatting, planning on heading out to get dinner when I got hit with a sudden onset of terrible nausea, body pain, body chills. I took pepto and that did not help. Nothing was going to be able to help. I spent the rest of my night projectile vomiting the rest of my stomach contents out & continued to repeatedly dry heave throughout the entire night even though there was nothing left for me to vomit out. All night long. This was no ordinary stomach bug as I have never felt so sick in my entire life. Normally you throw up and feel better. I have yet to feel better and it is 10am the morning morning on Friday 11/10 as I am writing this. When I am telling you my stomach would contract 15 times in a row numerous times throughout the night I am not joking. My body was desperately trying to expel whatever bacteria I was contaminated with through both ends. Both ends. And it was a scary overwhelming painful experience. I felt like I was fighting for my life. When I walked in to initially pick up my food one of the female workers had her hands wrapped around another worker giving her a hug from the back prom style. Just imagine all the other things these people touch or do when wearing gloves and touching your food.
