Tourists in Singapore, ate through Grab Delivery on our last night here (McSpicy, Double McSpicy, BBQ Egg, and McNuggets). I vomited 3 times through the night and had 7 sessions in the bathroom—all diarrhea. My friend vomited once and had diarrhea in the morning. I have a sensitive stomach, but my friend doesn’t and the only meal we shared yesterday was . We are worried because our flight is tonight (16 Jul 2019), and it is a 7-hr international flight. Would like to know if this is food poisoning or an even more severe illness. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
