Bought family sized package of Oreos at Costco in August 2025. My guy and I are a sleeve (13 cookies) the first day. We both experienced dramatic flatulence, then severe constipation and stomach cramps the next two days.

Unsure if they were to blame, he had more last night, about three weeks later. This morning he is doubled over in the bathroom sweating and sick, spent the night with flatulence and cramps, is in terrible shape. It’s his birthday today and he has a flight in a few hours. I feel terrible for him. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Flatulence, Sweating, Constipation
