Bought family sized package of Oreos at Costco in August 2025. My guy and I are a sleeve (13 cookies) the first day. We both experienced dramatic flatulence, then severe constipation and stomach cramps the next two days.

Ate Ben and Jerry's phish food last night. Woke up at 1 am with severe stomach pain, diarrhea, and vomiting. Went to the ER at around 3 pm because I kept dry heaving and started to pass nothing but bloody mucus stools.
