Ate Ben and Jerry's phish food last night. Woke up at 1 am with severe stomach pain, diarrhea, and vomiting. Went to the ER at around 3 pm because I kept dry heaving and started to pass nothing but bloody mucus stools. It is now 7 pm and I am still sick.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Bloody Stool, Mucus in Stools

I opened the box for dinner one night, woke up about 6 hours later with extreme stomach pains, followed by vomiting, severe headache, diarrhea and sweating. Vomit was purple, stool bright green. I bought Bar Harbor New England Style Clam Chowder about two weeks ago. Yesterday I ate half a can for lunch and within a very short time became VIOLENTLY ill. Diarrhea and vomiting for a straight hour and a half. Bar code on the can: 70718 00203  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
