I ordered a carne asada quesadilla around 5pm on 2/23/25 and started to experience intense stomach pains and vomiting around 8pm. The pains were intense and I had constant vomiting and diarrhea all night long. It is now the next day and I am still experiencing symptoms | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills
