I have had food poisoning since February 27th Chicken Shawarma wrap from Osmow's I have severe diarrhea, fever, headache, nausea. Didn't even put anything spicy in my wrap, only some lettuce and tomatoes. Zero spicy sauce or sauce in general. Got a bit of a stomach ache last time I ate a wrap, thinking that it was the spices, so this time I tried again without any and it gave me unbearable symptoms. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Headache
