This happened on 7/14/2018 around 7:30 est. Side salad gave me food poisoning. Unfortunately i forgot about the recent romaine lettuce warning. Within a few hours of eating my stomach was severely cramping. Couldn't make it home before I pooped myself. I was on the toilet pooping blood and lettuce every single hour after this until about 4 pm the next day and vomited 3 three times. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
