I ate part of a blooming onion Monday evening, January 19th while dining at Outback Steakhouse in Roanoke, VA and became horribly sick the next morning around 2:30AM. When I was eating the appetizer I told my husband that it didn't taste right and I didn't think it had been cooked properly. That is how I know that it was food poisoning when I became so ill the following morning. It has been 3 days and I am just now beginning to feel somewhat normal and getting my strength back. I haven't been able to hold down any real food since dinner that night, only ice chips, sips of ginger ale, and sports drinks. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
