My husband and i both ate at our local Outback Steakhouse on Friday April 6, 2018, as we often do. Great meal and good staff. However, late that night, we both suffered extreme nausea, vomiting and diarrhea throughout the night and following two days. We both had filet mignon, both cooked differently, with the loaded mashed potatoes, and side salads with different dressings. This was the only items we injested that were the same. No fever, and both sick at the same time, so definitely related to something we ate from our outback dinner. Wondering if anyone else had similar issues on that date at that location. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
