Roughly 5 hours after eating a pepperoni pizza at Overtime Sports Bar and Grill, I became sick with suspected food poisoning. Symptoms included sudden onset of nausea, fever, vomiting and diarrhea. I had not consumed anything else throughout the day. Symptoms have thus far lasted 36 hours, and have not lessened much, if at all, with the use of pepto bismol, gravol, or electrolytes. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Headache
