Romantic dinner date on Valentine's Day. After eating chicken lettuce wraps and kung pao chicken, I became ill within hours. Sunday and Monday were brutal. I'm now on the fifth day of feeling like I've been run over by a cement truck. My husband suffered from similar symptoms lasting only two days. We shared the lettuce wraps and he did eat some of the kung pao chicken. I've never had anything like this happen before--hope I never experience it again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
