My husband got terrible stomach pain and cramps at 5 am this morning after eating PF Chang's frozen Orange Chicken last night. He got violently ill (vomiting) around 9 and then felt better which makes us suspect food poisoning not flu. He was the only one who ate the PF Chang Orange chicken and the only one in the family to get sick so, again, that points to food poisoning. We will not be buying any frozen PF Chang products again, that's for sure!. Frozen meal. Frozen meal | Symptoms: Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain, Nausea
