I got sick after eating at PF Changs in Collegeville, PA on Saturday October 8, 2016. I became sick a few hours later and started vomiting. I had steamed vegetables, a salad, and California rolls. About 2 weeks later a co-worker ate there and told me she got sick off lettuce wraps (vomiting) from that location. Now this week I found out a another co-worker ate at that location with her husband on sunday evening 11/6/16 and the 2 of them became sick (vomiting). They had lettuce wraps and California rolls. I contacted PF changes after I got sick and found out a co-worker got sick...but they could not confirm food poisoning. There is something going on if 4 people got sick from eating there within a few weeks. | Symptoms: Vomiting
