Packaged Lettuce Illness Alert - Walmart, Branson Missouri

April 9th, from a contaminated bag of packaged lettuce. Pretty sure it was the lettuce. The only thing I ate that night was a salad. Extremely bad case of food poisoning. I was in bed sick for over a week.  I returned the item to them and informed them of the issue.  If they recall the product remains to be seen.   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
