I flew out of Atlanta to Costa Rica February 10,2023 and ate prepackaged cut fruit from the stand closest to our departing gate. About 8 hours later I had extreme diarrhea. It started before I ate or drank anything in Costa Rica. I retuned to the states 4 days later and have had bouts with diarrhea ever since. It is now June. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
