Pizza Leads to Severe Illness - Pagliacci Pizza, Seattle Washington

8 years ago reported by user-xydz7496 business

Pagliacci Pizza, Sand Point Way NE, Seattle, WA, United States

6224 Sand Point Way Northeast, Seattle, 98115 Washington, United States

My sister and I both ate several slices of pizza margharita with tomato slices. Within about 3 hours we both had diarrhea, nausea, and painful abdominal cramping. Her limbs became extremely weak and she was unable to move without help, even to get a sip of water. It has to have been from the pizza, because it is the only thing we both ate in the last two days, and we got sick at exactly the same time. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Weakness
