This restaurant in Hyannis MA Open steak sandwich I only ate about a quarter of an open faced steak sandwich something seemed a bit sour a bit off ., about 3 hours later I was sweating profusely, trying to fight off the nausea and ended up doubled over and violently vomiting my brains out in public in front of like 25 strangers, so much fun. The vomiting continued in the car and at home resulting in me throwing out my back, and then the diarrhea started (luckily at home) I’ve been extremely i’ll the past 5 hours and it doesn’t seem to be getting | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Sweating
