Breakfast Pizza Illness Report - Walmart, North Highlands California

4 years ago reported by user-njbpt837 business

Palermo’s pizza, Walmart Supercenter, Watt Avenue, North Highlands, CA, USA

4675 Watt Avenue, North Highlands, 95660 California, United States

I cooked a frozen pizza, called Palermo’s breakfast pizza yesterday, 1/7, around 10:30 am. Within a couple hours I had severe stomach pain and diarrhea. This lasted all day, the pain was excruciating until about an hour ago, and it’s finally bearable. I would suggest u never eat this pizza! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
