Breakfast Pizza Illness Report

I cooked a frozen pizza, called Palermo’s breakfast pizza yesterday, 1/7, around 10:30 am. Within a couple hours I had severe stomach pain and diarrhea. This lasted all day, the pain was excruciating until about an hour ago, and it’s finally bearable. I would suggest u never eat this pizza!

Salad in a bag I ate a plate of salad at 11pm last night, I stared to have really bad gas around 4am, followed by severe bloating and stomach gurgling. Then nausea started and then non-stop vomiting with watery diarrhea.
