Ordered a kids pancake and sausage meal and noticed that the sausages and pancakes both tasted off. I ate about 1/3 of a sausage and half a pancake. I started feeling off within the hour, and within 3 I had chills, severe nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.I'm still stuck in bed the next day. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills
