Additional information: Over Labor Day weekend we ordered Panchos Mexican Grill for all five of us. The food was decent until the next day when all five of us got horrible food poisoning. 103+ temp, throwing up, diarrhea, nausea and stomach issues. I order over $20,000 per year in takeout meals and have never got sick before (except one time in college when I ate 3 day old pizza). It is now 8 days later and we are all still trying to get better. I would steer clear of this place. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
