I ate the orange chicken with noodles and started feeling feverish after 4 hours. Started vomiting and felt OK when everything was out of my system. My friend who didn't eat the chicken felt fine. I have besides the chicken eaten the exact same things as my friend so it's guaranteed the orange chicken. | Symptoms: Vomiting
