Had lunch there on my work break on 1/25/16. Ordered their orange chicken, kung pao chicken and rice. First couple hours after I just felt like I had a brick in my stomach with some onset nausea. Got home and immediately started vomiting with diarrhea, both very violently and at the same time. Fever and chills set in. Continued this for half the night. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills
