Ordered their orange chicken and general tso's chicken two days ago. Felt fine that night, but the next day all of a sudden my stomach started cramping really bad. It was the worst stomach I've ever had. About an hour later I was sitting on the toliet and just had terrible watery diarrhea. Started to vomit as well. By this time my temp had gone from normal to 101.4 in about 3 hours. I was losing so much I started to feel dizzy and very tired. I couldn't keep water down though so I had to just swish it around in my mouth. Luckily It didn't turn into bloody stool. Laid up all that night with terrible stomach pains and a fever, but I was finally able to get some water down.I have never felt so bad in my life and I will certainly not be going back to panda express. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Dizziness, Stomach Pain, Bloody Stool
