8 years ago reported by user-xmmk5438 business

Panda Express, East Interstate 240 Service Road, Oklahoma City, OK, United States

116 East Interstate 240 Service Road, Oklahoma City, 73149 Oklahoma, United States

My son ate the orange chicken and chow mein from panda express and the next day he fell very ill with high fevers, bloody diarrhea, vomiting, dehydration, severe abdominal pain, swelling, headache, and joint pain. He was taken to the hospital where they admitted him for 4 days until we discovered the source of his illness was campylobacter jejuni, which is a form of bacterial food poisoning. He could not walk, eat, or drink on his own. He was in such severe pain they had to keep him strongly medicated. My son is only 5 years old. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloody Stool, Dehydration, Headache, Stomach Pain, Joint Pain, Swelling
