Me and my girlfriend have been going to the freehold race all malls Panda Express for years. Never an issue. Today we went. Three hours later my girlfriend began vomiting in my car. Had to pull over. She went into a gas station and continued for an hour. I just got home. Now have a fever. Am vomiting Have diarrhea. Feel awful | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
