At 3:00 PM I ate my meal except unlike other times I ordered the orange chicken in a small box and chow mean in a tray. After I was done I became incredibly anxious and my stomach began hurting a little bit but I thought I was just cold and nervous. Finally at 10 PM I couldn't take the pain anymore and realized I needed to throw-up. It's now 12 AM and I just woke up feeling a bit better but still sick. The only thing I threw up was the orange chicken. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
