I ordered Teriyaki Chicken for dinner for myself and my 11 year old son who was at his sister's house nearby. I took the food directly from the Panda Express to my daughter's house less than one mile away. The following morning, I had to rush my son to the ER at St. Luke's Hopsital where we stayed in excess of eight hours while they ran numerous tests, x-rays, cat scan and kept him for observation because he kept vomiting, and he was lethargic. They gave him intravenous fluids because he became dehydrated. The doctor said it was food poisoning, under cooked chicken. Please be careful with what you eat and order, I've never experienced this before and it was extremely frightening. My son has since recovered and I will never again order take out teriyaki chicken there or any where else for that matter. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
