Update on this- ended up in the emergency room after fainting at home from dehydration. Was on 2000mg of antibiotics for two weeks and 3 different meds for nausea. Ended up missing 7 full days of work. Had to get a CT and many labs. Small intestine was inflamed with parasites | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Dehydration
