Worm-like Strings in Meal - Panda Express, Idaho Falls Idaho

My mother had severe food poisoning from that Panda Express about 3 weeks ago as well. My parents were visiting and we picked up some Panda for them on our way back from pre-planned dinner with friends. My Dad ended up eating our leftovers, so she eas the only one who ate Panda. It was the most severe food poisoning I've seen and we were on the brink of taking her to the hospital. It lasted 3 days and she couldn't even drink water without it violently coming out as diarrhea. I'm not sure how there was anything left to be flushed out.
