Unusual Buzzing, Severe Dehydration - Panda Express, Wentzville Missouri

Yesterday, 4/15 Panda Express was the only meal I ate yesterday Ate at approx 215pm. Ordered a combo plate of orange chicken and sweet and fire chicken with white rice and chow mein.  Symptoms started around 8pm and lasted heavily until 2am.  Aside from all the aforementioned symptoms, I also experienced a strong buzzing sensation in my body before each wave of sickness.  It is the following day and I am still unable to hold anything down and am severely dehydrated | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea
