Had a chicken frontega sandwich and mac/cheese sandwich on Friday morning (4/14). 2 hours later I started vomiting in 30min intervals (lasted for 8 hours). Also developed chills that took the entire weekend to shake away. I think the problem was the free bread they packaged in their Pick 2 deals. Normally I throw it away but this was the first time I ate it. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
