01/06/26, I ate a Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwich, Chips. Started having light cramps the same night (I’m a woman so assumed it was a feminine issue). Had more cramps this morning, then around noon, I was having Diarrhea, Nausea. Then at 4PM I was having more diarrhea, nausea, then vomiting and chills. Stomach is raw. I’m achy from all the vomiting. STAY AWAY FROM PANERA. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Chills, Cramps
