Food Safety Report: Panera Bread.

My son 8 y.o. had a frontega chicken sandwich at panera bread in Edina around 5 pm on February 10th, 2016 . Right away he told me it tastes different. Ididn't pay too much attention to it :-(
He started to have very sharp pain in the stomach in about one and a half hour. In about 2 1/2 hours he become very very sick and started throwing up. It was on for all night. In the middle of the night - diarrhea. Lots of it. In the morning light fever- 37.2
He didn't have any other food, but that sandwich. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
