Ate there around 11-11:30 in the morning. Around 5PM, I had intense stomach pain and diarrhea, which only got worse as time went on. I eventually got a massive headache and vomited twice, the second time at 3 AM. Headache is still here the morning after. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain
